The one-time storm tree debris collection from all County-maintained roads has been completed, according to The Montgomery County Department of Transportation Division of Highway Services (DHS).

A total of 217 snow plow routes were visited by crews who collected debris on county roads, left behind by the derecho storm that hit on June 29.  Residents who continue collecting debris from their properties can use County-provided trash and yard trim curbside collection. You may also drop-off disposables at the Transfer Station.

County officials inform that it is illegal for contractors hired by residents to place tree branches and limbs in County or State right-of-ways, all debris must be properly disposed.
