SILVER SPRING, Md. (WUSA) -- 9 NEWS' Gary Nurenberg snapped this photo of Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett and others smashing guitars to mark the opening of the new Fillmore Thursday night in Silver Spring.
Leggett fought opponents of big public spending on the project
and was there Thursday night to celebrate that victory.
